CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> <br />Mayor Gee stated his conflict of interest with item 6K, due to his parent company doing work <br />for the project applicant, and recused himself from voting on the item. <br /> <br />Motion and second, Espinoza-Garnica and Martinez Saballos, to approve all items on the <br />Consent Calendar, except for item 6K, passed unanimously by roll call vote. <br /> <br />Motion and second, Espinoza-Garnica and Howard, to approve item 6K, passed 6-0-1 by roll <br />call vote, with Mayor Gee recused. <br /> <br /> 6.A. Approve large, recurring purchases necessary for operations in compliance with the <br />City’s Purchasing Policy (304) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize payment of annual operating expenditures in excess <br />of $108,000 per fiscal year per vendor for fiscal year 2024 -25 as provided in Table 1, for <br />a total aggregate not-to-exceed amount of $159,668,092. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.B.
