•Remote Public Participation During Council Meetings. To <br />maximize transparency and public access and as a convenience, <br />members of the public may attend and provide comment remotely <br />via videoconference or phone. Instructions to participate remotely <br />will be provided on the published agenda. Members of the public <br />who choose to participate remotely do so at their own risk. The <br />City cannot guarantee that the public’s access to teleconferencing <br />technology will be uninterrupted, and technical difficulties may <br />occur from time to time. In the event remote participation <br />technology is unavailable, the meeting will proceed in person <br />without remote participation. <br />8 of <br />Sept. 2023 Public Comment Participation
