The amount claimed by <br />the claimants exceeds that limit and therefore rejection must be approved by the City Council. <br />ANALYSIS <br />Aram Bagrazyan of Dordulian Law Group, representing Mr. Gunning, alleges that on May 28, 2024, Mr. <br />Gunning fell into an open trench while walking on Maple street and suffered injuries. At this time, staff <br />recommends that the claim be rejected. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no funding required for the rejection of claims. <br />6.B. - Page 1 of 2 <br />9
