REV: 07-05-2023 RL <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SPECIFICATIONS, PAYMENT TERMS AND INSURANCE <br />I. SPECIFICATIONS AND PAYMENT TERMS <br />The City shall purchase various utility system materials for water and sewer infrastructure <br />on an as-needed basis as requested by authorized City employees, The City does not <br />guarantee, nor agrees to purchase a minimum or maximum quantity of Goods. <br />Vendor shall provide the Goods outlined in Section II of Exhibit A on a per unit basis at <br />the waterworks store located at 2882 Spring St, Redwood City, CA 94063. <br />When will call is possible for an item, it will be available for same-day pick-up at <br />this location. <br />Regular business hours for this location are 7 AM to 4 PM, Monday through <br />Friday. <br />Vendor shall be available to open this location 24 hours, 7 days a week for any <br />emergency purchases as requested by PWS. Vendor shall charge $250 per <br />occurrence for any emergency purchase of items outside of regular business <br />hours. <br />Charges shall be billed based on actual units requested and received by City per the price <br />schedule in Section II of Exhibit A. Invoices must contain the description of Goods, unit <br />of measurement and price, quantities billed, extended totals, and applicable taxes. <br />Vendor shall not charge any fees to deliver items to City. <br />Vendor shall submit detailed monthly invoices to: <br />City of Redwood City, Public Works Services <br />1400 Broadway <br />Redwood City, CA 94063 <br />II.
