If the work or use is not so begun, then the permit shall become void. This permit shall remain in <br />effect for one (1) year and automatically be renewed on a yearly basis until such time the permit becomes void or is revoked <br />consistent with the provisions of Chapter 29 of the Municipal Code and the Outdoor Business Activity License Agreement <br />between the City of Redwood City and permittee. <br />Any encroachment, including but not limited to pipes, conduit, wire, cable, appurtenances or other structures or facilities, <br />installed or maintained in, on, under or over the surface of any right-of-way or City property, shall be relocated at the sole <br />expense of the permittee, as may be necessary for public necessity or convenience. This shall include the installation of all <br />public utilities through public franchise or City owned as well as City infrastructure.
