REV: 08-22-24 VR <br />Fees <br />The cost for preparation of the Plan and EIR shall not to exceed $3,068,241, which <br />includes a 10 percent contingency that would only be utilized upon written authorization <br />from the City’s Community Development Director. A breakdown of the base fee and <br />contingency is provided in the Fee Summary table below. Costs will be charged on a fixed <br />fee basis paid based on percentage of work completed pursuant to submission of a <br />monthly invoice, in accordance with Section 6 (Compensation). Upon submission of a <br />proper and undisputed invoice for payment, City shall pay Consultant within forty-five (45) <br />calendar days of its receipt of same. If City has not disputed any of Consultant’s invoices <br />within fifteen (15) business days from the date of receipt by City, then the invoice shall be <br />deemed approved and payable pursuant to Section 6. <br />This scope and budget assumes the project will proceed in accordance with the schedule <br />on the previous page.
