Waive the first reading and introduce an ordinance amending <br /> Municipal Code Chapters 18 (Local Improvements & Planning) <br /> and 27A (Stormwater Management and Discharge Control Program), <br />and repealing and replacing Municipal Code Chapter 30 (Subdivisions), <br />to conform to current laws, provide greater streamlining of subdivision <br />applications, and improve flexibility to accommodate housing <br />developments <br /> Recommendation: <br /> 1. Waive first reading and introduce an ordinance amending Chapter 18 <br />(Local Improvements & Planning) and Chapter 27A (Stormwater Management <br />and Discharge Control Program) of the Redwood City Municipal Code, and <br />repealing and replacing Chapter 30 (Subdivisions); and <br />2. Adopt resolution adopting updated Green Infrastructure Development <br />Standards for new building and substantial commercial remodels in <br />accordance with Chapters 18 and 27A of the Redwood City Municipal Code.
