Please be cautious and check with IT if you have any concerns <br /> Dear council.. I was hoping to have totals <br />Of money that the city has spent.. <br />On my Housing.. but those costs have not <br />Been revealed .. <br /> <br />You now have 2 appeal cases and <br />Unlawful detainer case just filed .. <br /> <br />I have offered to settle for appox $366k <br /> <br />I have 3 leases and 2 Liveaboard permits <br />Issued by city and docktown.. <br /> <br />All this litigation is costing the city. More expense… <br /> <br />Let’s settle legal fees case $57,000. <br />$28k for me and $28k Parks and Recreation <br /> <br />Of course I will pay income tax on $57,000 <br /> <br />This would be one less case to litigate .. <br /> <br />This is Money that is in Sherrif s bank account.. because of the case the city lost . <br /> <br />1) So your choice.. 50/50 on legal frees. <br /> <br />2) Settlement … Edward moves out completely <br />Kismet, Whisper, Fantasy .. $366,000 <br /> <br />If affordable housing is important.. <br />Why not Mine .. ? <br /> <br />Or what Dose the city propose ? <br /> <br />To continue to ghost me is harassment .. <br /> <br />If you’re closing a Harbor down you need to file a permit ..
