Mayor Foust <br /> announced that the circus is in town and it can be great fun. <br /> Mayor Foust read the titles of the items to be approved via the Consent Calendar. <br /> MOTION: Waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances by title, adopt <br /> the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. <br /> M/S Ira/Howard to approve the Consent Calendar as presented. Council Members Bain <br /> and Howard abstained on item 6.1A since they were not present at the meeting. Amendment No. 1 to professional service agreement with Kennedy/Jenks <br /> Consultants in an amount not to exceed $260,000 for the Redwood City Recycled <br /> Water Project— Phase I — Distribution Pump Station Capacity Increase Project. <br /> Recommendation: <br /> Approve, by motion, Amendment No. 1 to the professional service agreement with <br /> Kennedy/Jenks Consultants in an amount not to exceed $260,000, for a total <br /> contract value of $320,000, and authorize the City Manager to increase the total <br /> contact amount up to 10% if necessary.
