SPECIFICATIONS <br />•All Goods shall be purchased on an as-needed basis at the request of City staff <br />listed in Section 2 of this agreement. The City does not guarantee nor agree to <br />any minimum or maximum quantity purchased. <br />•All Goods shall be available at the Vendor’s facility located at 12100 Stevens <br />Canyon Road, Cupertino, CA 95014. The Vendor’s facility shall be able to provide <br />the following minimum daily quantities from Monday to Friday 7 AM to 3:30 PM: <br />Item Daily Minimum <br />Amount (Tons) <br />Class 2 Aggregate Base (Base Rock), <br />Native <br />300 <br />Class I, Type A Permeable 200 <br />II. PAYMENT TERMS <br /> <br />Payment will be made no more frequently than monthly. Unit prices are as follows: <br />Item Price per Ton <br />Class 2 Aggregate Base (Base Rock), <br />Native <br />$29.50 <br />Class 2 Aggregate Base (Base Rock), <br />Recycled <br />$6.55 <br />Class I, Type A Permeable $36.00 <br />Native Washed Sand $36.00 <br />Utility Trench/Construction Sand $36.00 <br />All Goods purchased shall also be charged an Environmental Fee of $10.00 per end dump <br />load. <br />III. INSURANCE <br />1. Insurance. Vendor will obtain and maintain for the duration of the Agreement and <br />any and all amendments, insurance against claims for injuries to persons or damage to <br />property, which may arise out of or in connection with delivery of the Goods or <br />performance of the Services by Vendor or Vendor’s agents, representatives, employees <br />or subcontractors.
