Digital (PDF) copies of the 60% plans, technical specifications, and OPC <br /> Digital (PDF) copies of the draft BODR memorandum <br /> <br />Task 4 - 90% Design Submittal <br />The 90% Design Submittal will be a complete design package, with all design drawings, details, and specifications <br />completed. Consultant will prepare the front-end documents using the City’s standard front end and bid sheet as <br />part of the 90% Design. The period between 90% and 100% should solely be dedicated to minor coordination and <br />final QA/QC checking of all documents. <br />The 90% Design Submittal will incorporate 60% Design review comments provided by the City and from UPRR/JPB <br />and will include the final BODR memo as well as 90% plans, specifications, and OPC. Consultant will submit <br />comments logs as part of the 90% submittal to indicate how each comment was addressed. If necessary, <br />Consultant will prepare documents to support a resubmittal or revisions to the UPRR/JPB permit applications. <br />Task 4 Deliverables: <br /> Digital (PDF) copies of the final BODR memorandum <br /> Digital (PDF) copies of the 90% plans, front end and technical specifications, and OPC <br /> Digital copies of materials needed to support UPRR/JPB permitting <br /> 60% Design comment logs <br />City Responsibilities: <br /> City will provide standard front-end documents to EKI. <br /> City will be responsible for applying for and obtaining permits from UPRR and JPB, although EKI will <br />prepare the supporting engineering documents. <br /> <br />Task 5 - Final Design (100% Design Submittal) <br />Consultant will prepare 100% Documents Submittal that consists of a complete set of construction documents <br />ready for signature and approval by the City to be used for bidding. Comments provided by the City at the 90% <br />design stage or QA/QC comments generated by Consultant’s QA/QC review team will be addressed. Revised <br />permitting documents will be prepared that reflect the required changes from UPRR/JPB comments, if needed. <br />Task 5 Deliverables: <br /> Digital (PDF and AutoCAD version 2021) copies of the draft and final 100% plans bearing the responsible <br />engineer’s wet stamp and signature and includes their license expiration date. <br /> Digital (PDF and Microsoft Word) copies of the draft and final 100% signed and stamped specifications <br /> Digital copies of materials needed to support UPRR/JPB permitting <br /> 90% Design and draft 100% Design comment logs <br />City Responsibilities: <br /> City will be responsible for applying for and obtaining permits from UPRR and JPB, although EKI will <br />prepare the supporting engineering documents. <br /> <br />Task 6 - Bid Support and Construction Services <br />Consultant will provide bid and construction support services for the Project. Consultant will participate in the <br />pre-bid meeting and prepare agendas and minutes for the meeting as part of Task 1. Consultant will be available <br />to respond to questions from bidders including evaluation of proposed alternative construction methods prior to <br />the bid openings and will assist in issuing up to two addenda for the Project, as directed by the City. <br />Consultant will provide engineering services during construction. These services are anticipated to include <br />pre-construction conference attendance, three (3) construction inspections at appropriate stages primarily <br />focused on the trenchless construction, review of and response to contractor submittals, response to contractor <br />ATTY/AGR.2024.152/EKI Environment and Water, Inc.
