The date on which Customer <br />requests such access shall be the “Access Date.” StreetLight shall receive this email notification requesting <br />access no later than six (6) months following the Effective Date. <br />Up to 55 Users of Customer, Customer’s Named Consultants, Customer’s member agencies, and <br />Customer’s member agencies Named Consultants, may create an unlimited number of Zones within the <br />County of San Mateo, and may include pass-through Zones to capture trips originating or ending outside <br />of the authorized geographic area for governmental transportation planning and operational analysis. <br />Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Customer represents and warrants: a) it has the <br />full power, capacity and authority to enter into and perform this Agreement; and b) its performance of this <br />Agreement does not violate or conflict in any material way with any agreement to which Customer is a party. <br />StreetLight InSight® Subscription Order Form <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 34112E56-863A-484B-92EE-0732DC70B0F9
