The Customer Support team will also be <br />C/CAG’s resource for ongoing StreetLight InSight customer service and technical support throughout the <br />contract term. <br /> <br />The The Customer Success Team will work closely with C/CAG throughout the term of the subscription to <br />empower users to fully leverage the StreetLight InSight platform. The The Customer Success Team will <br />work with users, as well as C/CAG leadership, to ensure a worthwhile return on investment. <br /> <br />Typical Customer Success activities include: <br /> <br />• Dedicated subject matter expertise <br /> <br />• Quarterly subscription review meetings with agency leadership <br /> <br />• Personalized agency-specific product training sessions, both in-person and/or via webinar <br /> <br />• Management of agency-specific user groups <br /> <br />• One-on-one user and team meetings <br /> <br />• Regular communication on product updates <br /> <br />• Feedback sessions with users <br /> <br />Deliverable Target Date <br />In-person or webinar kick-off meeting & Training #1 (in-person) Within first 30 days <br />Training #2 (webinar) Month 4 <br />Training #3 (in-person or webinar) Month 6 <br />Customer Support Ongoing <br /> <br />Task 3. StreetLight Technical Support <br /> <br />In addition to support provided by StreetLight’s Customer Success team, C/CAG will have access to <br />StreetLight’s comprehensive online Support Center with FAQs, step by step tutorials, and a Community <br />Forum. The Community Forum enables StreetLight InSight users across North American agencies and <br />engineering firms to share tips and tricks and discuss how best to use Big Data analytics for a variety of <br />mobility applications. <br /> <br />StreetLight’s US-based Support Team will also be available to answer questions users have on a day to <br />day basis.
