In fact, in its eight-year history, FLY has met and often <br />exceeded its outcomes 100% of the time. In addition to its performance being evaluated by <br />independent evaluators, FLY worked with a professional evaluator to design a Likert-scaled <br />survey instrument to measure the Program's impact on a given youth's risk factors, resiliency, <br />knowledge, development of internal and external assets, and overall behavior. FLY staff read the <br />survey out loud to the youth to accommodate different learning styles and literacy levels. FLY <br />collects this data at the close of each Law Course (twice a year). <br /> <br /># of Unduplicated RWC Residents/Households to be Assisted (Only programs serving <br />individuals may report by individuals.
