The subdivider states in the tentative map application the intention to file multiple <br />final maps; or <br />2. After filing of the tentative map, the Planning Commission and the subdivider agree <br />to the filing of multiple final maps. <br />C. Separate subdivision numbers. Each final map which constitutes a part of the approved <br />tentative map shall have a separate subdivision number. <br />D. The subdivider shall submit to the City Engineer the following items: <br />1. Required filing fees. <br />2. Applicants will submit digital plans for review and, upon approval of those plans <br />by the City Engineer, submit two copies of mylar plan sets for signature and <br />recording purposes. <br />3. A traverse sheet showing the mathematical computations, closure, and area <br />calculations. <br />4. Copies of complete field notes showing references, ties, locations, elevations, <br />and other data relating to monuments and benchmarks set in accordance with the <br />requirements of this Chapter. <br />5. A statement that any improvements that have been completed prior to the filing <br />of the final map have been completed in accordance with the plans and <br />specifications, or a statement that the subdivider intends to install such <br />improvements in the future and will enter into an agreement guaranteeing their <br />installation by improvement security as specified in this Chapter. <br />6. Three (3) copies of all plans, profiles, cross sections, and the specifications for <br />the required subdivision improvements in accordance with the approved plans and <br />specifications and design standards, to permanent line and grade. <br />7. Three (3) copies of any conditions, covenants and restrictions for the proposed <br />development. <br />8. Title Report. A title report, showing the legal owners at the time of filing the final <br />map and issued within six months of application submittal, shall be submitted with <br />the final map, accompanied by copies of all deeds and easement descriptions <br />referenced in the report. <br />9. Guarantee of Title. A guarantee of title, in a form acceptable to the City Engineer <br />and City Attorney, shall be issued by a competent title company to and for the benefit
