CONSENT CALENDAR - Continued <br /> 6.E. Agreement for Services with OverDrive, Inc. for <br /> electronic materials access <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute a three-year Agreement for Services with <br />OverDrive, Inc. for electronic materials access (eBooks, <br />eAudiobooks, eComics and streaming movies, music, <br />television) for a an amount of $150,000 from September <br />2024 to September 2027, and authorize the City Manager <br />to extend the agreement for two additional two-year <br />terms in an amount not to exceed $100,000 per extension, <br />through September 2031, for a total contract amount not- <br />to-exceed $350,000.
