PARTIES will perform all WORK in accordance with federal and California laws, regulations, <br />and standards; Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) standards; and CALTRANS <br />standards. Each PARTY will ensure that personnel participating in WORK are appropriately qualified or <br />licensed to perform the tasks assigned to them.
