REV: 10-03-24 MI <br />EXHIBIT D <br />PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE <br />Neighborly Software is proposing that all programs outlined by the City will be implemented between 8- <br />12 weeks. The proposed schedule can be adjusted as stated in Paragraph 5 of the Terms of Service <br />Addendum. <br />EVENT KEY ACTIVITIES <br />Kickoff Meeting <br />Demonstration of the software to all key stakeholders. <br />Project objectives and software requirements are reviewed. <br />Implementation timeline is reviewed and required roles are identified. <br />Detailed project work plan is reviewed. <br />Implementation Guide is reviewed. The guide identifies required information <br />to configure the software for each program. <br />Configuration <br />Workshops <br />Review completed Implementation Guide for each program. <br />Review all data import/export sources, if applicable <br />Review, discuss and recommend client best practices to incorporate. <br />Project requirements for each phase (see below) of each program are <br />finalized <br />Configuration Meeting <br />#1: Applicant <br />Functionality <br />First pass configuration is demonstrated for applicant functionality. <br />User credentials are created for testing. <br />User testing begins and detailed feedback is captured and incorporated into <br />next review. <br />Configuration Meeting <br />#2: Administration <br />Functionality <br />First pass configuration is demonstrated for administrator functionality. <br />User testing begins for administration functionality. <br />Detailed feedback is captured and incorporated into the next review. <br />Configuration Meeting <br />#3: Subrecipient <br />Contractor/ Developer <br />Functionality <br />First pass configuration is demonstrated for subrecipient, contractor/inspector <br />functionality. <br />User testing begins for subrecipient, contractor/inspector functionality. <br />Detailed feedback is captured and incorporated into the next review. <br />Data is uploaded into the system, as applicable <br />Configuration Meeting <br />#4: Reporting/Loans/ <br />Payments <br />First pass configuration is demonstrated for reporting loans and payment <br />functionality <br />User testing begins for reporting, loans, and payment functionality. <br />Detailed feedback is captured and incorporated into the next review. <br />Data is uploaded into the system, as applicable <br />Administrator User <br />Training <br />Initial configuration is complete. <br />Virtual training (4 hours) is conducted for all users for in-scope programs. <br />Following the training, the testing environment is promoted to production <br />environment, all test cases deleted, and domain restrictions removed. <br />3rd Party Training Conduct one virtual training session for all subrecipients/contractors for each <br />program <br />ATTY/AGR.2024.180/Neighborly Software (Page 21 of 26)
