REV: 10-10-24 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES, PAYMENT TERMS AND INSURANCE <br />I. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Vendor shall sell light-duty auto parts (Goods), manufactured by any manufacturer (other <br />than Ford, Toyota, Chevy, Honda, Dodge), to the City from the categories listed below on <br />an as needed basis. In instances where shipping charges must be charged to City, this <br />shall be noted at time of Order. <br />Goods and Services shall be purchased on an as-needed basis at the request of City staff <br />authorized in Section 2 of this Master Purchase Agreement. The City does not guarantee <br />any minimum or maximum quantity purchased. <br />II. PAYMENT TERMS <br />The aggregate cost of Goods and Services purchased under this Master Purchase <br />Agreement shall not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000).
