<br />THE LAND REFERRED TO HEREIN BELOW IS SITUATEDATED IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, COUNTY
<br />OF SAN MATEO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, AND IS DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
<br />PARCEL I: Unit 202, consisting of certain air space and elements as described in the Map and Condominium
<br />Plan ("Plan") for Wyndham Place, which Plan recorded August 16, 1994 In book 124 of Maps, at page 32 through
<br />36, Inclusive, as Document No. 94134879 of the Official Records of said County.
<br />EXCEPTING AND RESERVING THEREFROM, non-exclusive easements for access, ingress, egress,
<br />encroachment, maintenance, repair, drainage, support, and for other purposes, all as described in the Declaration
<br />referred to below;
<br />PARCEL II: An undivided 1/15th fee simple interest as tenant-in-common In Common Area "A", (the "Common
<br />Area"), as said lot is shown on that certain map entitled "Wyndham Place", which map was filed in the Office of
<br />the San Mateo County Recorder on August 16, 1994, in Book 124 of maps at pages 32 through 36, inclusive.
<br />EXCEPTING THEREFROM the following:
<br />(A) Units 101 through 106 inclusive, and 201 through 209, inclusive, located thereon;
<br />(B) All non-exclusive easements for use, enjoyment, access, ingress, egress, encroachment, maintenance, repair,
<br />drainage, support and for other purposes, all as described in the declaration referred to below; and
<br />(C) All exclusive rights for use, possession and enjoyment In and to that portion of said Common Area shown and
<br />defined as the "Patio", "Deck", and "Garage" Exclusive use Common Areas on said Condominium Plan;
<br />PARCEL III:
<br />Non-exclusive rights appurtenant to Parcel I (one) for access, Ingress, egress, encroachment, repair, drainage,
<br />support, and for other purposes, all as described in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of
<br />Wyndham Place ("Declaration") which recorded March 2, 1995, as Document No.95021191, of the Official
<br />Records of said County;
<br />PARCEL IV:
<br />An exclusive right for use, possession and enjoyment for a patio appurtenant and adjacent to Parcel I(one), which
<br />is shown as P -(N/A) on the Condominium Plan, for use as may be permitted in the Declaration.
<br />PARCELV:
<br />An exclusive right for use, possession and enjoyment for a deck appurtenant and adjacent to Parcel I(one), which
<br />is shown as "P -(N/A)" on the Condominium Plan, for use as may be permitted in the Declaration.
<br />PARCELVI:
<br />An exclusive right for use, possession and enjoyment of a garage appurtenant and adjacent to Parcel I(one),
<br />which is shown as "G-202" on the Condominium Plan, for use as may be permitted In the Declaration.
<br />This deed is made and accepted subject to all of the covenants conditions, restrictions, easements, assessments,
<br />liens and other matters. set forth in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Wyndham
<br />Place? ("Declaration") which recorded March 2, 1995, as Document NO. 95021191, of the Official Records of said
<br />County. Said Declaration is incorporated herein by this reference with the same force and effect as though fully
<br />set forth herein.
