Transportation Impact Fee - Pay a Traffic Impact Fee for the net new trips resulting from the <br />proposed project, estimated at $192,210.30. [SDR] [ENGINEERING] <br />7. Water Fees – Pay applicable water fees as outlined on the Master Fee Schedule, including but not <br />limited to, Water Capacity Charge, Water System Capital Facilities Fee, Water Service Tap Fee, and <br />Water Meter Installation Fee, estimated at $522,199.14. Sewer Fees – Pay applicable sewer fees as outlined on the Master Fee Schedule, including but not <br />limited to, Sewer System Capital Facilities Fee and Wastewater Treatment Capacity Fee, estimated <br />at $332,308.12. Final fee amounts will be determined based on the final, approved, project plans. <br />[SDR, MC 27.101.A & B][ENGINEERING] <br />9. 101/84 Interchange Project Fair Share Contribution – Pay a fair share contribution for the net <br />new trips resulting from the proposed project towards the construction cost of the 101/84 <br />Interchange which is not included in the Transportation Impact Fee, estimated at $1,169,401 based <br />on 197,520 square feet of commercial space. Payment is due prior to the issuance of Building <br />Permits. [SDR][ENGINEERING] <br />10. Parks Impact Fee – Pay a Parks Impact Fee for the net new commercial square footage resulting <br />from the proposed project, estimated at $769,422.40. [SDR][PARKS] <br />11. Public Art Fee – Art in Public Places Fee: The proposed project is over 50,000 square feet and must <br />either provide on-site public art with a valuation of at least 1% of the construction value of the <br />project or make a contribution to the City of its Art in Public Places Fund. The in-lieu fee must be <br />equal to a minimum of 1% of the construction valuation, or if the public art is provided on-site and <br />does not reach the minimum, the project must pay the difference between 1% of the construction <br />valuation and the value of art provided on-site, consistent with Chapter 45 Section 45.090 of the <br />Municipal Code. The applicant must either obtain an approved public art permit or pay the in-lieu <br />fee prior to issuance of any building permit for the project. [SDR] [PARKS] <br />12. Affordable Housing Impact Fee – Pay an Affordable Housing Impact Fee for the net new commercial <br />square footage calculated at 136,365 sq. ft. from the proposed project, estimated at $3,220,940.30. <br />[SDR][HOUSING] <br /> <br />13.
