Parking Reduction for Planned Community Permit PC2016-001: <br />The proposed action is to reduce the approved Phase 1 project parking requirements by <br />15 percent, as allowed under the Stanford in Redwood City Precise Plan. The Planning <br />Commission finds that the Project is consistent with the Precise Plan goals, development <br />standards, and urban design guidelines. There is sufficient parking for the site’s parking <br />demand with the proposed reduction. <br /> <br />Section 4. Approval: The parking reduction is approved based on the Planning <br />Commission’s consideration and reliance on the Consistency Checklist, EIR, Precise Plan <br />and in accordance with the plans, details and descriptions contained therein. <br /> <br />Section 5.
