Family child care homes, within residential structures, as set forth in Article 39 (Child Care); <br />D. Child care centers of up to sixty (60) children.; 1 <br />E. Any use not explicitly listed in this Section is prohibited, except that the Zoning Administrator <br />may permit any use not listed herein if the use is determined to be a similar and/or compatible <br />use to any use herein and meets the purpose and intent of the Zoning District. <br />Footnotes: <br />1. Business or financial offices; <br />B. Medical offices or medical clinics with a gross floor area of two thousand five hundred (2,500) <br />square feet or more; <br />C. Prescription pharmaceutical dispensaries within medical clinics; provided, however, that said <br />dispensaries shall be located entirely within the main building, and shall not be provided with <br />outside entrances or signs, and provided, further, that sales therefrom shall be conducted <br />without display of products or advertising displays; <br />D. Schools and studios for arts, crafts, photography, music, and dance; <br />E. Private clubs, lodges, and fraternities; <br />F. Parking lots and garages, as defined in Article 2; <br />G. Public or quasi-public uses, except corporation yards, storage or repair yards, or warehouses; 1 <br />H. Any permitted or conditionally permitted use when conducted primarily outside a building; <br />I. Any other use not otherwise listed in this Sectionarticle, which is determined by the Zoning <br />Administrator, after a public hearing, to be of the same general character asa similar and/or <br />compatible use to any the conditionally permitted uses in by this Sectionarticle, and is not <br />inconsistent with the purpose and intent of this article; <br />J.
