Entry statements in the form of significant architectural features and <br />signage shall be included at the following intersections: Broadway and Woodside Road; <br />and U.S. 101 off-ramps and Woodside Road. <br />(Ord. E), 6-27-11) <br />----------------------------------------------------------- <br />Article 54 - MUN (MIXED-USE NEIGHBORHOOD) DISTRICT <br />[Only changes are to 54.2, 54.4, 54.5, 54.8] <br />54.2 - Use Regulations. <br />A. Permitted Uses. <br />1. Allowed Land Uses. Table 54-1 indicates the uses permitted (P), permitted with a conditional use <br />permit (C), permitted as an accessory use (A), and not permitted (-) in the Mixed-Use <br />Neighborhood Zoning District. Any use not specifically indicated in Table 54-1 (Allowed Uses for <br />Mixed-Use Neighborhood Zoning District) as a permitted use, accessory use, or conditional use <br />shall be prohibited unless they are deemed by the Planning Manager to be similar and compatible <br />uses which meet the purpose and intent of the Mixed-Use Neighborhood Zoning District. Any <br />other use not explicitly addressed in Table 54-1 is prohibited, except that the Zoning Administrator <br />may permit or conditionally permit any use not addressed in Table 54-1 if the use is determined <br />to be a similar and/or compatible use to any permitted, conditionally permitted, or permitted <br />accessory use in Table 54-1 and meets the purpose and intent of the Zoning District. All uses, <br />unless stated otherwise, shall be conducted entirely within a building. <br />2. Applicable Regulations.
