which results in an impact which is more severe than anticipated by the EIR/SEIR, and (4) no mitigation measures
contained within the Focused GPU EIR would be required because the project component specific impacts would be
less than significant. For these reasons, the aesthetic impacts of the proposed project component would be consistent
with the impacts identified in the Focused GPU EIR and this project component does not require additional
environmental review under CEQA Guidelines section 15183.

Prior EIR Determination Effect
Peculiar to
Project
Site?
New
Significant
Effect?
New
Significant Off-
Site,
Cumulative
Impact?
New
Information,
More Severe
Adverse
Impact? The 1900 Broadway site is zoned P (Planned Community District,
DTPP) and 847 Woodside site is zoned MUN-Mixed-Use Neighborhood. These sites are currently developed with
urban/suburban uses including a former bank building with parking and a mortuary with parking, respectively. Neither site
contains any farmland, agriculture use, forest or timberland. Nor is there any farmland, agricultural use, forest, or timberland
located in the vicinity of these project component sites.

1900 Broadway Component:
a. No agricultural uses are located in the DTPP area, and the area does not contain any Prime Farmland, Unique
Farmland, or Farmland of Statewide Importance (DTPP program EIR p. 18-4, SEIR p. 18-7). The EIR and SEIR
therefore both concluded that there would be no impact of development in the DTPP on these resources.
ATTY/RESO.0070/CC RESO 1900 BROADWAY (CEQA) - EXHIBIT 1 - CEQA CONSISTENCY CHECK LIST
REV: 10-23-24 VR
