All parcels surrounding 1900 Broadway are developed, including commercial uses on Broadway, Main Street, and Walnut Street, and commercial and residential uses on Marshall Street. 847 Woodside is southeast of Downtown. Parcels surrounding 847 Woodside Road are also developed, including commercial uses adjacent to the parcel on the north, residential adjacent to the parcel on the south and east, and Woodside Road (SR 84) on the west.
