All parcels surrounding 1900 Broadway are <br />developed, including commercial uses on Broadway, Main Street, and Walnut Street, and <br />commercial and residential uses on Marshall Street. 847 Woodside is southeast of <br />Downtown. Parcels surrounding 847 Woodside Road are also developed, including <br />commercial uses adjacent to the parcel on the north, residential adjacent to the parcel on <br />the south and east, and Woodside Road (SR 84) on the west.
