Learn why this is important <br />Dear City Council, <br /> <br />My name is Marcus Gilmour and I live across the street from this project at 825 Marshall Street, <br />unit 716. I strongly support this project as it will transform what is currently a dead block into a <br />space with retail and open space. I’m also excited to see the Spring street intersection changed <br />and the addition of bike lanes on the block. The pedestrian experience is not great now with the <br />current layout of Spring Street, so this project would be a huge improvement for bike and <br />pedestrian safety. <br /> <br />Thanks, <br />Marcus Gilmour <br />
