SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Vendor shall sell petroleum products (Goods) to the City from the categories listed below <br />on an as-needed basis. In instances where shipping charges must be charged to City, <br />this shall be noted at time of Order. <br />Goods and Services shall be purchased on an as-needed basis at the request of City staff <br />authorized in Section 2 of this Master Purchase Agreement. The City does not guarantee <br />any minimum or maximum quantity purchased. <br />II. PAYMENT TERMS <br />The aggregate cost of Goods and Services purchased under this Master Purchase <br />Agreement shall not exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000).
