REV: 10-14-24 MI <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES, PAYMENT TERMS AND INSURANCE <br />I. SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />Vendor shall sell Original Equipment Manufacturer automotive parts and supplies <br />(Goods) to the City from the categories listed below on an as-needed basis. In instances <br />where shipping charges must be charged to City, this shall be noted at time of order. <br />Goods and Services shall be purchased on an as-needed basis at the request of City staff <br />authorized in Section 2 of this Master Purchase Agreement. The City does not guarantee <br />any minimum or maximum quantity purchased. <br />II. PAYMENT TERMS <br />The aggregate cost of Goods purchased under this Master Purchase Agreement shall be <br />in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Five Thousand Dollars ($105,000).
