REV: 10-25-24 LF <br />•Repair any physical damage to the units. <br />•Perform screen cleanings on Level 3 chargers as needed. <br />Parts Replacement: <br />•Order needed replacement parts and store at Public Works Corporation <br />Yard. <br />Annual Maintenance: <br />•Perform a torque check of disconnects, breakers, ground and neutrals on <br />each unit once per year. <br />Warranty: <br />•Provide one-year labor warranty for all work performed under the <br />Agreement. City will not be responsible for additional labor costs for warranty- <br />related calls. <br />(B) Ad Hoc Electrical Maintenance and Repair Services for City Facilities <br />As needed, Contractor will provide ad hoc electrical maintenance and repair services at <br />the request of the Facilities Superintendent or their designee for City facilities. Contractor <br />will respond on-site within two hours for emergency service calls outside of normal <br />business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm). <br />FEE: <br />City will pay Contractor a monthly flat-fee of One Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Three <br />Dollars and Eighty-Five Cents ($1,333.85) for monthly maintenance and repair services <br />at City’s EVSE charging stations, for an aggregate not-to-exceed amount of Thirty-Two <br />Thousand Twelve Dollars and Forty Cents ($32,012.40) during the term of this <br />Amendment No.1. <br />City will pay Contractor on a time and materials basis per the fee schedule outlined below <br />and in an amount not-to-exceed Three Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred <br />Eighty-Seven Dollars and Sixty Cents ($379,987.60) for ad hoc electrical maintenance <br />and repair services at City facilities. Invoices will be billed monthly with Net 30 payment <br />terms, in a form consistent with Section 6, Compensation, of the Agreement. <br />Normal Business Hours (Mon-Fri 8am- <br />5pm PST) and Emergency Service Calls <br />$150/hour <br />ATTY/AGR.2024/Amedn.
