Silicon Valley Social Venture Fund <br />Grant Amendment <br />REV: 10-25-24 LF <br />This document (the “Grant Amendment” or “Amendment”) by and between Silicon Valley Social <br />Venture Fund (“SV2”), Redwood City Together and City of Redwood City serving as fiscal agent for <br />Redwood City Together (the “Grantee Partner”) serves to amend the grant agreement (the “Grant <br />Agreement” or the “Agreement”) made and entered into as of March 7, 2023 between SV2 and the <br />Grantee Partner. <br />This Amendment increases the overall grant amount and changes the payment schedule and grant <br />period. <br />Original Grant Period: December 15, 2022 – June 30, 2025 <br />Amended Grant Period: December 15, 2022 – August 30, 2026 <br />Previous grant amount: $500,000 <br />New grant amount: $750,000 <br />Original payment schedule: <br />First payment: $200,000 upon receipt of signed Grant Agreement <br />Second payment: $200,000 upon approval by the Committee (June 2024) <br />Third payment: $100,000 upon approval by the Committee (June 2025) <br />Amended payment schedule: <br />First payment: $200,000 upon receipt of signed Grant Agreement <br />Second payment: $200,000 upon approval by the Committee (June 2024) <br />Third payment: $125,000 upon receipt of signed Grant Amendment <br />Fourth payment: $100,000 upon approval by the Committee (June 2025) <br />Fifth payment: $125,000 upon approval by the Committee (September 2025) <br />[Signature page follows.] <br />ATTY/AGR.2024/Amend.
