This grant is for the charitable <br />purposes of Redwood City Together to fund the Engaging Recent Newcomers program. <br /> <br />In accepting this grant, City of Redwood City agrees to: <br /> <br />1. Sign and return a copy of this grant agreement via DocuSign, acknowledging your receipt of <br />check #, no later than November 20, 2024; <br />2. No portion of this grant will be used for any purpose that is not consistent with the federal and <br />state rules for tax-exempt status; <br />3. Your tax-exempt status is current, and you have received no notice from the Internal Revenue <br />Service or the State of California that your status may be revoked or changed; <br />4. Retain full discretion and control over the selection of any sub-grantees or individuals to carry <br />out its charitable work; <br />5. Foundation staff must be notified about any funds that are still unspent one year from the date <br />of this letter; and <br />6.
