City Manager (Oral) Update <br />City Manager Melissa Steven Diaz reported on winter storm preparation, and thanked <br />Public Works staff for preventative storm drain maintenance measures, including regular <br />maintenance at Cordilleras Creek. Property owners along Cordilleras Creek were sent <br />postcards regarding creek maintenance responsibilities. <br /> <br />A self-service sandbag station is available at the Public Work Services Department at <br />1400 Broadway. <br /> <br />11. CLOSED SESSION <br /> <br />There was no public comment. <br /> <br />The City Council convened Closed Session at 9:26 p.m. to discuss the following: <br /> <br /> 11.A.
