Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Services with <br />FolgerGraphics, Inc. for Recreation Activity Guide <br /> Printing Services <br /> Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute Amendment No.1 to the Agreement for Services <br />with FolgerGraphics, Inc. for Recreation Activity Guide <br />printing services increasing the not-to-exceed amount by <br />$85,000 and extending the term from October 6, 2024 to <br />October 5, 2025 and further authorizing the City Manager to <br />extend the Agreement for an additional one-year term, <br />through October 2026 for an additional not-to-exceed <br />amount of $85,000, resulting in a total contract amount not <br />to exceed $255,000.
