REV: 11-06-24 MI <br />EXHIBIT E <br />FEE SCHEDULE <br />Provider shall provide the following subscriptions as delineated by the fee schedule below: <br />Description Part Number Price <br />AVEVA Flex Subscription – 2,602 <br />Credits*, Premium Support (Year 1) <br />FLEXCR-01-P1 $46,400 <br />* Flex Credits are an annual allotment of Credits, built on a monthly Credit consumption model <br />that can be redeemed for a variety of interchangeable subscription tiers. Credits will be allotted to <br />respective twelve calendar month periods (each a “Year”).
