REV: 12-11-24 LF <br />EXHIBIT “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Contractor shall provide the services outlined herein on an hourly, per task and <br />commission basis not-to-exceed $100,000. Fees will be billed based on the actual hours <br />used, task performed, and the price of the unit sold per the chart below. <br />Contractor will provide internet* and onsite advertising and auctioning services for the <br />Public Works Services Department. Contractor will provide storage, display, loading and <br />unloading services, and security for City’s surplus property.
