REV: 12-10-24 VR <br />Exhibit “A” <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE <br />Consultant shall store the exhibits custom-made for the Veterans and NFL Alumni via the <br />separate purchasing agreement between the Consultant and the City for the new <br />Veterans Memorial Building Senior Center, identified in Exhibit B “Veterans Memorial <br />Building – Exhibits Inventory List” of the Original Agreement dated September 15, 2023. <br />Amendment No. 3 provides payment to the Consultant for the extended storage period <br />for the Exhibits due to the delay in construction of the Veterans Memorial Building project. <br />Total Fee per month: $4,250. <br />Expected extended period through April 2025. <br />All other deliverables in the Original Agreement remain in effect. <br />ATTY/AGR.2024/Amend.
