REV: 11-06-24 JB EXHIBIT “A” SCOPE OF SERVICES AND FEE Task 1: Partnership Program 1.1 Partnership Program Grants: Consultants shall facilitate payments to Community- based organizations (CBOs) partner programs for participation in Decoded activities and promotion for up to four (4) organizations from January 2025 through June 2025 for a not- to-exceed amount of Thirteen Thousand Dollars ($13,000). 1.2 CBOs Partnership Technical Assistance: Consultant shall facilitate involvement with CBOs identified by Redwood City Parks, Recreation and Community Services (PRCS). Consultant shall develop custom outreach strategies, facilitation of monthly meetings and trainings, reporting, and distribution of grants from January 2025 through June 2025 for a not-to-exceed amount of Eight Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty-Five Dollars ($8,925). 1.3 Workshop Development: Consultant shall provide revision and augmentation of current parent workshop materials to create a series of parent and caregiver workshops addressing local community needs, alongside the development of youth programming integrating peer social content and art as a healing practice from January 2025 through June 2025 for a not-to-exceed amount of Six Thousand Dollars ($6,000). 1.4 Collateral Materials: Consultant shall develop up to two (2) pieces of additional collateral materials as specified by Redwood City staff and CBOs, including content creation, professional graphic design, and translation into one (1) relevant threshold language (Printing Not Included). from January 2025 through June 2025 for a not-to- exceed amount of Five Thousand and Seventy-Five Dollars ($5,075). Task 2: Harm Reduction Collateral 2.1 Decoded Collateral Stickers: Consultant shall revise and adapt cannabis education stickers featuring a QR code that promotes safe rideshare options to help users avoid DUIs or accidents. Each sticker includes a $5 discount code for a major rideshare service and links to the Decoded website for more information on cannabis and driving. This covers the production of up to 1,200 stickers, with a total of 300 stickers per dispensary, for four (4) dispensaries, as needed from January 2025 through June 2025 for a not-to- exceed amount of Fourteen Thousand four Hundred Dollars ($14,400). 2.2 Decoded Dispensary Materials: Consultant shall revise and adapt up to three (3) existing collateral pieces tailored for dispensary distribution, covering topics such as Safe Storage, Facts About Cannabis & Traveling, and Cannabis & California Law. This includes one (1) round of revisions based on dispensary feedback and printing of up to 600 pieces, as needed from January 2025 through June 2025 for a not-to-exceed amount of Five Thousand Four Hundred and Dollars ($5,400).
