Affordable Housing: Acquisition of sites for affordable housing, new <br />construction of affordable housing, conversion of existing housing to affordable, <br />acquisition and rehabilitation of rental housing (includes special needs housing). <br />Description of Services to be Provided: <br />National Rebuilding Day (NRD) - Home Rehabilitation program is a volunteer- <br />driven home repair program, held twice per year, that brings together about 1,000 <br />volunteers together on behalf of dozens of low-income homeowners, ensuring <br />that every neighbor we serve has one of the most critical of human needs met -- <br />a safe and healthy home. <br />Primary Quantitative Objectives: <br />National Rebuilding Day (NRD) - Home Rehab (2023-24) will serve 3 Redwood <br />City persons. <br /> <br />NOTE: Performance will be measured by program objectives and quantitative goals.
