d) Owner shall allow reasonable periodic examinations, by prior appointment, of the <br />interior and exterior of the Historic Property by representatives of the County Assessor for the <br />County of San Mateo, the California Department of Parks and Recreation, the California <br />Board of Equalization, the Historic Resources Advisory Committee, City, and any other <br />appropriate governmental agency, as may be necessary to determine owner's compliance <br />with the terms and provisions of this Contract. In any event, there shall be at least one <br />inspection every five years by City's Planning Manager and his/her designee. The first such <br />inspection must occur within five years of the date of this agreement. <br />e) Owner agrees to provide City with a report as to the status of the Historic Property <br />annually by January 31 of each year, which annual report shall provide substantiation <br />reasonably satisfactory to City's Planning Manager that Owner is in compliance with the <br />Contract. Such annual report will be on a form approved by the City's Planning Manager and <br />furnished to Owner by City. <br />f) Owner hereby agrees to and will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal <br />statutes, regulations, rules, codes (including building codes), ordinances, and other <br />requirements of governmental authorities now or hereafter in effect ("Applicable Laws") <br />pertaining to the use of the Historic Property. Owner must give City immediate written notice <br />on Owner's becoming aware that the use or condition of the Historic Property is in violation of <br />any Applicable Law. <br />g) Owner or agent of Owner shall provide written notice of the contract to the California <br />Office of Historic Preservation within six (6) months of entering into this Contract. <br />5. Provision of Requested Information..
