The City Council of the City of Redwood City approves and adopts the <br />Second Revised and Restated Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement San Mateo County <br />Operational Area Emergency Services Organization, attached as Exhibit A. <br /> <br />3. The City Manager or their designee is authorized to execute the Second <br />Revised and Restated Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement San Mateo County <br />Operational Area Emergency Services Organization on behalf of the City of Redwood <br />City and take all actions necessary to implement the terms of the agreement. <br /> <br />4.
