Contract #: BSA -EU -14546-15060771 <br />PROJECT AREAS <br />PROJECT 1- SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATIONAND SIRE EDM CONVERSION <br />Scope <br />Hyland will provide services to discover and implement a Software solution within <br />Customer's organization. Hyland will work with the Customer's project resources and <br />business area subject matter experts to identify documents for conversion to the Software <br />solution. <br />For each of the Customer's environments (production and test), Hyland will install the <br />following: <br />a. One (1) database instance; <br />b. One (1) Application Server; <br />c. One (1) Web Server, <br />d. One (1) File Server; <br />e. One (1) IDOL Server, <br />f. One (1) Processing Server; and <br />g. Software license which will allow the use of the respective modules. <br />Hyland will work with the Customer's system administrator to configure Software disk <br />groups and document types to support the document types to be converted from SIRE. <br />Additional disk groups, keywords and document types that are outside the SIRE document <br />conversion are the responsibility of the Customer. Hyland will also advise and work with the <br />Customer's system administrator to configure Security Users and Groups as well as the <br />Active Directory Integration. Where Hyland is providing the System Administration <br />Training for completing these tasks, it is expected that the Customer wilt actively conduct the <br />majority of the disk group, document types, keywords, users and user groups setup. <br />The conversion of SIRE indexed and documents includes indexes/keyword values, one (1) <br />version of each document and, optionally, any text annotations associated with the document. <br />The conversion will follow an Export/Import process. The cabinets identified for export will <br />be exported using the SIRE Export Utility to an XML file format. These XML files will be <br />used for import into Software using the Software Document Import Processor ("DIP"). A <br />Reconciliation Report will be provided that tracks each SIRE Cabinet and document counts <br />through the conversion process. Verification Reports will be generated by DIP during the <br />import and will identify any errors or exceptions that occurred during the import.
