Contract #: BSA -EU -14546-15060771 <br />3. Conversion Services: <br />As part of this Conversion Services engagement Hyland will: <br />a. Provide project management services to collaborate on the creation of a detailed <br />project plan with the Customer in order to drive project schedule, milestones, and <br />coordinate transition to new environment; <br />b. Perform discovery to determine document metadata mappings, infrastructure <br />requirements, tactical planning, and establish respective roles; <br />c. Work with the Customer's System Administrator to configure document type and <br />keyword mappings between the Software and the SIRE Systems; <br />d. Convert a representative sample of the documents, with associated metadata from the <br />SIRE System to the Software for the purpose of validating and verifying the integrity <br />of the conversion process ("Sample Conversion"); <br />e. Extract, transform and load SIRE System files and metadata into the Software <br />production system ("ETL process"); <br />f. The project plan will account for sufficient time in each phase for the extraction of all <br />documents within the application associated with the phase based on performance <br />metrics gathered during the sample conversion; and <br />g.
