Adopt a resolution amending the City of Redwood City's Classification and Salary and <br />Wage Plan and amending the full-time equivalent employee tables in the adopted <br />Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget (905) Reso 16268 <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution: <br />1. Amending the City of Redwood City's Classification and Salary and Wage Plan to <br />establish a new classification of Housing Management Analyst I/II and amending the <br />salary ranges for the confidential employee group and X151 Office Clerical Level II <br />classifications; and <br />2. Amending the adopted Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget to update the full-time <br />equivalent employee tables for the City Manager’s Office. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.B. Resolution approving and authorizing submission of the State of California Governor's <br />Office of Emergency Services Form 130 designating personnel to act as the agents for <br />the City of Redwood City when seeking financial assistance after a disaster (704) <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution designating the City Manager, Assistant City Manager, and Finance <br />Director as agents authorized to execute and file the California Governor’s Office of <br />Emergency Services’ Form 130 on behalf of the City of Redwood City for the purpose of <br />obtaining financial assistance related to any existing or future grant program. <br /> <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> <br /> 6.C.
