They also were concerned about nature of the enforcement, including who <br />would enforce and how likely it was that enforcement would occur. <br />Recommendation <br />Taking into account the City’s commitment to public health, coupled with the results of the community <br />outreach earlier described in this report, staff recommends a reorganization of Chapter 15, and updates <br />for consistency with state law, adding new prohibitions in Article II to include a ban on smoking in the <br />following areas: <br />1.
