ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTIES <br /> <br />Sec. 15.55. ENFORCEMENT: <br />A. In addition to the enforcement authorized by the specific Articles of this Chapter, the City Manager, or the <br />City Manager’s designee may enforce this Chapter consistent with the provisions herein. <br />B. Violations of this Chapter may be enforced as citations, infractions, or misdemeanors at the discretion of <br />the law enforcement agency, including code enforcement. <br />C. This Section shall not be interpreted to limit the applicable civil or administrative remedies available <br />under law. <br />Sec. 15.56. PUBLIC NUISANCE: <br />Any violation of this Chapter is hereby declared a public nuisance, subject to all applicable civil, administrative, and <br />criminal remedies and may be abated by the City. <br /> <br />Sec. 15.57. COMPLIANCE MONITORING: <br />Compliance with this Chapter may be monitored by the City Manager or their designee. In addition, law <br />enforcement, including code enforcement may enforce the provisions of this Chapter. The City Manager may <br />designate additional persons to monitor and facilitate compliance with this Chapter. <br /> <br />8.A. - Page 35 of 37 <br />261
