Amendment No. 2 to Hyland Master Software License, <br />Support and Services Agreement <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute Amendment No. 2 to Hyland Master Software <br />License, Support and Services Agreement with Hyland <br />Software, Inc. increasing the not-to-exceed amount by <br />$52,275 and extending the term to May 31, 2025, for a <br />total not-to-exceed contract amount of $282,275 covering <br />the time period January 24, 2018 through May 31, 2025.
