Revenues collected are <br />forwarded to SVCW annually, resulting in a zero beginning and ending year <br />balance. <br />There were no capital or other expenditures for Fiscal Year 2023-24 as Wastewater Treatment <br />Capacity fees are collected by the City and passed through to Silicon Valley Clean Water at the <br />close of each fiscal year.
