The Leadership Council and the Executive Team follow the <br />structure described in Exhibit “A” (Governance Structure), which is attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference. <br />4. Redwood City Together Staff. It is understood that Redwood City Together <br />will require the services of an Executive Director and related support staff for its day-to- <br />day operations. The Executive Director and other Redwood City Together staff <br />(collectively “Redwood City Together Staff”) are responsible for coordinating participating <br />organizations and agencies. Redwood City Together Staff will organize Redwood City <br />Together’s operation and operationalize the structure that drives the work of Redwood <br />City Together. Redwood City Together Staff guide vision and strategy, support aligned <br />activities, establish shared measurement practices, build public will, advance policy, and <br />mobilize funding. The Leadership Council has designated the City to contract for <br />Redwood City Together Staff on behalf of Redwood City Together. The City serves as <br />the fiscal agent for Redwood City Together Staff and related expenses. <br />5. Funding. <br />a) With the exception of Stanford University, which will not make a financial <br />contribution, each of the collaborative partners shall contribute Twenty-Nine <br />Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Eight Dollars ($29,748) for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 <br />to support the work of Redwood City Together. This contribution amount was <br />calculated using last year’s contribution amount increased by a percentage equal <br />to the Consumer Price Index (CPI-Urban) for the San Francisco-Oakland-Hayward <br />region published in February 2024. Stanford University will make in-kind <br />contributions to support Redwood City Together’s backbone operations. On behalf <br />of the County of San Mateo, San Mateo County Health and the San Mateo Human <br />Services Agency will each contribute Fourteen Thousand Eight Hundred Seventy- <br />Four Dollars ($14,874) for Fiscal Year 2024-2025. The collaborative partners’ <br />financial contributions shall be increased annually as described in Subsection 5(b), <br />below. <br />b) San Mateo County Health will make a Fourteen Thousand Eight Hundred <br />Seventy-Four Dollars ($14,874) contribution for Fiscal Year 2024-2025. All <br />collaborative partners will make a contribution for Fiscal year 2025-2026 calculated <br />using the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 contribution as the base increased by a <br />percentage equal to the Consumer Price Index (CPI-Urban) for the San Francisco- <br />Oakland-Hayward region published in February 2025. The annual contribution <br />amount by collaborative partners shall not exceed $30,000.
